NATALIE URNER
Managing Director
Natalie commenced as General Manager at HealthOne in July 2022. She has an extensive network in the Australian Pharmaceutical Industry and has been instrumental in forging and growing valued partnerships with businesses throughout her career in contract sales.
With more than 25 years’ experience in the consumer and primary care health sector, she is passionate about driving successful sales teams to deliver over expectation results for her clients.
TOM CRIMMINS
Director
Tom has spent over 30 years in the healthcare industry both in Australia and key markets across Asia and Europe. His experience spans both prescription and consumer healthcare segments.
For the last 15 years, Tom has worked to develop HealthOne to be a valuable and trusted partner to drive success for client portfolios via brand activation in both Australia, and more recently China.
MERT ARAS
Chief Pharmacist/Medical Advisor
Mert Aras is a registered and practicing community/hospital-based pharmacist with 6 years of experience. He holds a Master of Pharmacy degree with first-class Honors in pharmacology, which gives him a comprehensive understanding of the product life cycle. With his current practice as a pharmacist, Mert is uniquely equipped to uncover strategies that align with your company's vision or goal.

Amy is a highly experienced professional with over 10 years of expertise in Operations and Human Resources roles. Amy excels in optimizing processes, driving efficiency, and consistently delivering exceptional results. As a key driver of our yearly ISO 9001 accreditation process, she spearheads our commitment to continuous innovation and improvement. Amy's dedication to enhancing systems and processes enables us to provide quality deliverables and outcomes to our commercial partners and employees alike.
